Family Dialogue:
Is a
coalition-building and awareness raising series to work within
family systems, clans, and friendship circles to talk about gender
equity, sexism, and ways to work to improve families and
relationships with each other to create social change within more
"informal" networks of people.

Education, Outreach, and Support: Is provided to
individuals, groups, and to the community-at-large to raise
awareness about Hmong women's issues and sexism in the Hmong
community. Additionally, we provide individual support to Hmong
women leaders when appropriate. ...............................................................
Co-Sponsor Program:
Hmong Women Write Now: Is a 3-day retreat that provides
an opportunity for 50 Hmong women and girls to tell their stories
through the art of writing. The retreat is ideal for aspiring and
experienced writers.

Board, through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature
from the Minnesota arts and cultural heritage fund with money from
the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008."
