About the Speaker:

Ms. Kong-Thao will focus her address on the importance of education and how it's an equalizing force to address issues of social justice, gender fairness, and racial disparities. Ms. Kong-Thao is one of a handful of Hmong elected officials in Minnesota. She serves as Chair of the St. Paul School Board whose district serves more than 30% Hmong and Asian American students.
