We are looking for 12 Hmong women who are ready to create lasting cultural, institutional and social change within the Hmong community through their participation in the 2011 Hmong Women Leadership Institute. The institute helps you to:

*Learn to lead on a personal, family, organizational, and community and/or global level

*Think systemically and in long-term results

*Plan and engage in community action and civic engagement projects

*Network effectively with peers and resources

*Communicate better, improve your decision-making skills, and build your personal leadership skills
