What We Do 4 Core Programming Areas 1) Coalition building by developing social change projects where members can learn and share their knowledge and experiences with one another and with other community members. 2) Hmong Women's Research where organizations and individuals can access information and resources on the role of Hmong women in both the Hmong and American communities. 3) Leadership development and support that provides opportunities for Hmong women to lead; and, 4) Equity Programs that address the gender and equity issues prevalent in the Hmong community.
