Social Change, Gender and Leadership Survey

Hnub Tshiab: Hmong Women Achieving Together is gathering information about the role of social change, gender and leadership in the Hmong community. We are most interested in understanding the 1) barriers to creating social change you might see in the community, 2) what leadership skills you believe are necessary for creating social change, and 3) your thoughts related to engaging the community in dialogues around gender equity issues. Your responses will help us design and deliver a series of workshops on social change, gender and leadership to the Hmong community and to those who work with the Hmong for the fall of 2008.

We would appreciate five to seven minutes of your time to answer a few questions. The following is the link to the website survey. All responses are anonymous and will be used to facilitate the development of these workshops and inform our future work.
